Beatrice and Al Fresco Wedding are absolutely incredible. When we first decided we wanted to get married in Italy, I did lots of research looking for a wedding planner. I was referred to Beatrice from a previous couple who raved about her and when we met Beatrice I understood why.

We had to reschedule our wedding 3 times due to covid! And every time Beatrice was there to make sure everything was planned perfectly. Throughout all the ups and downs and stress of trying to plan a wedding from another country during covid Beatrice was always there to support us and make sure that when we did finally have our wedding it was incredible. Al fresco wedding has so many connections to so many vendors that it made planning so much easier as well. When it came to finally having our dream wedding every single detail was carefully planned and taken care of over the entire wedding weekend. We can’t thank Beatrice enough for all she’s done for us and making our wedding dreams come true.

Choosing to work with Beatrice for our wedding was the first and best decision we made! We spoke with a few people initially but where some seemed disorganized, others were uptight and bougie. Then came Beatrice!

Not only does Beatrice have great taste and fantastic relationships, but she is also easy to work with throughout the entire process. We can’t imagine planning and executing our wedding with anybody else.

Our experience with Al Fresco Wedding company was the best! Our wedding planner was Roberta, who is the best wedding planner! We truly recommend her, because she is doing a job, what she really loves and we love her!

Roberta is really perfect, all the emails were very detailed and if we had some questions (and we had those a lot :)), she alway replied really fast. We always got a lot of options to choose from (party places, photographers, videographers, florists).

On the wedding day, Roberta took care of everything and we were able to enjoy our day, we would not change anything. The best team to help organize your dream wedding.

Planning a wedding during a pandemic and across the world seems like it would be a challenging task, but it wasn’t with Roberta from Al Fresco Wedding. My husband and I knew right away when we met Roberta over Skype that she was going to make all our dreams come true. Over a short period of time, we built a very strong relationship. It was clear that she listened, communicated and wanted to implement all of our desires when it came to our special day. Every vendor and service was exactly want we envisioned and more. Roberta made us a priority in every way and even bailed us out of a couple of sticky situations on the days leading to the wedding. We greatly value our relationship with Roberta and can’t wait to see her next time we are in Italy.

Liz and the whole team from Alfresco Wedding were simply amazing. We were doubting to hire a wedding planner but in the end we are more than glad we did and it was worth every penny. Not only the standard service before, including the fact that Liz is perfectly fluent in both English and Italian (huge value add!!!) but also all the extra work and effort put in due to the slightly more special circumstances with Covid were incredible. On the weekend itself, it took a huge load off of our minds to know that Liz and the team were there to support which meant we could simply relax and enjoy. Liz was not only very friendly but also very accommodating, flexible and really understood what we wanted and tried her best to make our wishes and vision come true – great customer service and focus!

Fran delivered! Fran is an absolute angel! So our scenario was this is a destination wedding in Siena, Italy and the bride has never been to Europe (groom, yes). We had over a year to plan the event, but we were working hard to have sufficient funds for the trip and the event and so never had time to see/taste/listen to any of the choices she gave us for pretty much anything we needed to decide on. We placed our faith in her giving us options to decide from that were reputable and worthwhile. She sensed our needs and also our hesitations, so she made suggestions and presented them in a manner where she exhausted all other means and explained why we would do it this way instead of the other without being pushy either. In the end, we received rave reviews about catering, the women loved the floral arrangements, all the guests really loved the folk trio that serenaded us all day, our cake, AND WE REALLY HAD OUR FAIRYTALE WEDDING! within reasonable allocated funds!

Francesca ist das Beste was uns passieren konnte. Unsere Hochzeit ist nun einen Monat her und wir hatten unsere perfekte Traumhochzeit in Florenz und Francesca hat sogar unsere Vorstellungen übertroffen. Von Anfang an war Francesca sehr zuverlässig, sie antwortet sehr schnell und hat unsere Wünsche aufgenommen und uns wunderschöne Vorschläge für Locations unterbreitet. Francesca ist super sympathisch, bestens organisiert und geht auf alle Anforderungen perfekt ein. Sie ist bestens vernetzt mit verlässlichen und professionellen Zulieferern, die alles möglich machen. Sie hat wirklich an alles gedacht und hat sich für jeden Wunsch eingesetzt und für sich einen Mehraufwand in Kauf genommen. Sie hat das Budget kontrolliert und mit dem Action Plan uns durch das gesamte Hochzeitsjahr geführt. Unsere Gäste waren mega begeistert und es war für alle ein Erlebnis. Francesca ist wirklich ein Engel und mit dem Herzen dabei und wir würden alles genauso wieder machen.

Our dreams came true! Francesca was always responsive, knew instantly what type of venue and vision we had for our wedding and found us the perfect place that was organic in nature, historic and beautiful. Originally we needed space for 80 people to stay on one property and host a rehearsal dinner, a wedding reception with seated dinner AND a dance party afterwards as well as having the guests enjoy the property as part of an Italian vacation. Francesca found us the perfect place. That was the biggest decision we made first and after that everything else fell into place. Francesca answered any and all questions (and I had a LOT!) professionally and promptly. Even with the time difference between the US and Florence we had great communication the entire time. Every facet of the wedding was discussed and decided upon and we were ready to go when the Pandemic hit. We then had to decide if we were going to cancel or postpone. After many months we decided to postpone and without a blink Francesca was quick to work with us to set up another date and make sure all of the vendors were on board. I can’t tell you how much joy it brought to see Francesca in person when she arrived. She radiates confidence and happiness and I knew we were in good hands for the day. She orchestrated everything that day and we had the most beautiful Italian wedding. Our vision was accomplished. Everything was perfect. This whole time Francesca was invisibly moving around making everything happen when it was supposed to so that we were working with the setting sun for dinner and photos – it all worked out perfectly.

I know I am very late writing this review but I want everyone to know how amazing Beatrice from AL Fresco Weddings is and how happy I am with my choice. James and I got married in Italy on June 13th 2022. I knew what venue I wanted to get married in but that was the extent of my own planning. I found Al Fresco Wedding online and was very impressed with Beatrice’s work and the amazing reviews left by previous clients. Throughout all the planning, I was in constant communication with her via emails and video chat. She was able to find me the most amazing vendors such as the florist who created the most dreamy arch, a cellist who played my favorite song and a vintage car rental that was truly special. She also found our stay which was beyond exceptional at the Lupaia Villa; a true heaven on earth. The only issue James and I had were our own faults with getting proper transportation to see the venue a few days before the wedding. We were unprepared in knowing what transportation was needed to get around Italy. Beatrice went above and beyond and picked us up at a bus stop and took us to see the venue. Throughout everything, she was beside us the whole time and treated us like family; which meant a lot as we eloped and had no family with us. Hiring Beatrice was one of the best decisions we made for our destination wedding. My fiancé (at the time) and I were very particular about what we wanted and sure enough, Beatrice delivered. We connected with Beatrice right off the bat and felt that she truly understood our needs in comparison to other planners we interviewed. Planning the wedding with Beatrice was one of the easiest experiences I’ve ever had. We would discus the topic of photographers and she would provide a selection of vendors. If we didn’t like it, she would provide additional choices until we were satisfied. Our wedding wasn’t just one day but a 4 day long affair. We wanted all our guests to stay in one location but not at a typical hotel so they could really experience the charm Tuscany. She knew right away which venues fit the bill and sure enough, it exceeded our expectations. Beatrice was always on top of everything and replied to any communication within 24 hours. She offered vendors at various price points so we could select what was important to us. All her vendors were top notch and completely amazing. She is extremely organized and everything went off without a hitch for all the days. The thought of planning a overseas wedding without ever doing a site visit or meeting any vendors is extremely scary, but Beatrice made it all happen. All of our guests were so impressed with everything from the catering to the venue and felt they were at a celebrity’s wedding. We can’t thank Beatrice enough for a wonderful wedding and the stress-free time we had in Italy.

My Husband and I got married on the 1st June 2019 in Borgo Corsignano. We chose to trust Beatrice and AlfrescoWedding for our wedding, and this was the best choice we’ve made. Beatrice is excellent at doing what she does: it was so intense for us to prepare this event, and every time we had a doubt, she used to tell us “please, trust me, you won’t be desappointed”, and she was right. She works with excellent partners (Venues, Catering, flowers, photographers, DJ etc) in order to assure you the best quality of service on the best day of your life. I just couldn’t expect more from anyone, they were all so good at their job, and doing it with a lot of enthusiasm. Everyone cared about giving the best for the guests and every guest is still telling us how beautiful this event was. Even in my craziest dreams, my wedding wasn’t so perfect! Beatrice is SO nice, very professional and also a beautiful woman with a lot of style! She has very good taste and makes sure that your wedding is up-to-date, with trendy details that will amaze you and your guests. She can also be bossy, and that is a good point too! During the organization, she’ll make sure you complete your duties (make your choices), and on D-Day, thanks to her, you’ll just have to care about enjoying this unique event, with family and friends, because she’ll manage everything. I would re-do it, exactly the same, again and again! THANK YOU ALFRESCOWEDDING, THANK YOU BEATRICE! The only problem is, that some of our guests now told us they wouldn’t get married, because they’re affraid not being able to reach that level of excellence! Haha If you’re hesitating, then don’t. Your wedding with Alfresco is worth the money, and worth the energy!
